Game designer Jane McGonigal recently delivered a convocation speech at Miami University in Oxford Ohio where she discussed the importance of play. Four thousand students wrote personal messages on paper airplanes and threw them into the sky. It was a simple idea that could encourage meaningful interactions between people.
